Job Description
HYPT Jobs PH is hiring a Virtual Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints efficiently. In this role, you will process orders, address modifications, and escalate concerns through various communication channels. A successful candidate must remain calm under pressure and have computer experience.
