Job Description
ECHO Job Careers is hiring a Virtual Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. Your responsibilities include processing orders, modifications, and escalating complaints through various communication channels. To thrive in this role, you must stay calm under pressure and be proficient with computers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.

Pay: Php13,00 – Php20,00 per month
