Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot technical issues for customers
Assist with website navigation and online transactions
Resolve payment and order processing problems
Provide guidance on product usage and features
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary

Qualifications:

High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate.
2 years Technical Support/BPO experience required.
Excellent communication skills.
Amenable to working onsite (office-based)
Must be residing within Metro Manila and Rizal.
