Job Description
Details:
- The job description requires making targeted outbound calls to Mandarin student applicants to increase student confirmations and enrollments.
- Providing excellent customer service through various platforms, maintaining enrollment information, and ensuring data integrity.
Needed skills & experience:
- At least 3 years of BPO experience in Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Organizational ability, multitasking, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig City for 4 to 6 months before transitioning to WFH setup.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php75,00.00 – Php85,00.00 per month
