Job Description

Linked Helpers is actively seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with US-based clients and be adept at managing multiple priorities efficiently and proactively.

This role is well-suited for those who excel in fast-paced environments and are driven to achieve results.

Starting Salary: Php20,00 (Probation period)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Create and oversee Google advertising campaigns that align with company goals.
  • Coordinate scheduling of estimates.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, addressing both warm and cold leads.
  • Consistently follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and deal progression.
  • Accurately input data for reports and manage CRM systems, like Monday.com.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Experienced in using CRM platforms such as Monday.com and project management tools like Notion.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge and familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
