Job Description
Join Vector Outsourcing Solutions Phils., Inc., a rapidly growing U.S.-based healthcare BPO. As a Virtual Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to chats, inbound and outbound calls from patients, providers, and healthcare insurance companies.
- Handling emails and voicemails while providing essential administrative support, including data entry and record management.
- Navigating Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems to obtain and enter patient information.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA policies and collecting payments for medical services.
This position requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree and excellent English communication skills. Experience in a BPO or related field is preferred.
