Job Description
We are seeking a Virtual Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in managing appointments and patient queries virtually.
Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and providing exceptional customer service. The Virtual Medical Receptionist will need to work remotely with a strong internet connection and a well-equipped home office.
