Job Description

Job Summary: As a Virtual Medical Scribe, you will play a crucial role in the healthcare setting by ensuring accurate documentation of medical records and supporting physicians during patient interactions. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Record patient medical history and symptoms
- Document physician’s findings and prescribed treatments
- Transcribe verbal orders and medical dictations
- Create and maintain EHR/EMR system records
- Facilitate coordination between healthcare providers
- Ensure accuracy of medical record documentation
- Ad hoc tasks
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of any Medical/Healthcare degree
- 6 months to 2 years experience in medical scribing
- Knowledgeable in US Healthcare practices
- Experience with EHR and Healthcare software
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work from home
- Own PC/laptop, internet speed of 10 Mbps
- Can work night shifts, tech-savvy is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php50,00.00 – Php55,00.00 per month
Benefits: Work from home
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Evening shift, Late shift, Monday to Friday, Night shift
Experience: 1 year in Medical Scribing preferred
