Job Description
Your role
- Provide customer service regarding collection issues. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
- Monitor clients’ payments and prepare the statement of accounts
- Handles customer accounts on a timely basis
- Provides excellent customer service to clients
About you
- High school graduates or equivalent.
- Must have 1 year of BPO experience.
- Open to career shifters with 6 months banking, accounting, or any related experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Can work onsite (office-based).
- Must reside within Metro Manila, Rizal, or Cavite.

Pay: Up to Php24,00.00 per month
