Job Description

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, Mass Communication, English major, or related degree with English proficiency.
  • 4 years of experience in Virtual Receptionist and Customer Service.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or vocational qualifications in Telecommunications Digital Reception Technology and Customer Service training.
  • Minimum 5 years in professional reception role within an international organization or front of house in an International Hotel group.
  • Deep understanding of a receptionist’s role in an organization.
  • 5 years of Customer service experience.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
