Job Description
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in a relevant industry sector such as professional reception role within an international organization or front of house within an International Hotel group.
- Understanding of the role a receptionist plays within an organization.
- With experience in customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong comprehension of English.
- Exceptional phone manner and etiquette Good listening skills.
- Administrative skills in reporting and record keeping.
- High level skills in handling an electronic switchboard. Good standard of computer skills.
- Good understanding of Outlook.
- Basic level of word and excel knowledge.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related course/ Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/ English major / or any related degree with English proficiency.
- Any 4 years course or degree with 4 to 5 years experienced in Virtual Receptionist and Customer Service.

Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
