Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum HSC qualification. Vocational qualifications required.
- 5 years experience in professional reception or front of house role.
- Business Administration Graduate.
- 4 years as Virtual Receptionist with Customer Service experience.
- Understanding of receptionist role and professional language.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and rapport-building abilities.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, handling electronic switchboard, and basic computer skills.
- Good organizational and prioritization skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer Service Representative: 4 years (Preferred)
- Virtual: 4 years (Preferred)
