Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Virtual Receptionist. As a Virtual Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, and other client inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for clients
- Managing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Proficient in computer skills and familiarity with virtual communication tools
