Job Description
Shore360 is seeking a dedicated Virtual Receptionist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage inbound calls and client concerns to ensure positive relationships. Your primary responsibilities include answering and directing calls, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining detailed records.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of inbound call center experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms. You must be organized, able to multitask, and willing to work a fixed night shift schedule.
This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday.
