Job Description
Shore360 is seeking a dedicated Virtual Receptionist to join our team. This role involves taking inbound calls and managing client concerns to ensure positive client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer, forward, and screen phone calls.
- Direct client calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate client records.
- Update the Company Project Contact List.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of inbound call center experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based platforms.
- Must be available for a fixed night shift schedule.
Type: Full-time | Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour night shift.
