Looking for a versatile Technical Support Representative (TSR) skilled in both voice and non-voice channels. As a TSR, you’ll provide exceptional technical assistance to our customers through phone calls, emails, chat, and written communication. If you’re a problem-solver with excellent communication skills, apply today.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate.
- Minimum of 2 years Technical Support experience.
- Able to work on-site (office-based).
- Possesses strong English communication skills.
- Must be residing within Metro Manila, and Rizal.
