Job Description:
Looking for a versatile Virtual Technical Support Assistant skilled in both voice and non-voice channels. Providing technical assistance to customers through calls, emails, chat, and written communication. Problem-solving skills and excellent communication required.
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate / ALS Graduate
- Minimum of 2 years Technical Support experience
- Office-based work
- Strong English communication skills
- Must reside within Metro Manila and Rizal
