Job Description:
Looking for a versatile Technical Support Representative (TSR) skilled in voice and non-voice channels. Provide technical assistance via phone, email, chat, and written communication. Problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Prior related field experience desired.
- Able to work on-site.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Amenable to on-site interview.
