Job Description
- Providing the first point of contact for support and maintenance of computer equipment
- Responsible for answering and resolving advanced product technical-support questions received from customers
- Assist customers with remote installation of new or rebuild existing computer’s configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, and storage, among others.
