Job Description
We are currently seeking a Virtual Zoom Event & Email Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating virtual Zoom events as well as handling our email communications.
Key responsibilities:
- Set up and manage virtual Zoom events, including scheduling, registration, and technical support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of virtual events, including creating agendas, coordinating speakers, and developing event materials.
- Manage and organize email communications, including responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining an organized email inbox.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create engaging email content and design.
- Monitor and report on the performance of virtual events and email campaigns.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in using Zoom and other virtual event platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
