Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Virtual Zoom Event & Email Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing virtual Zoom events, as well as managing and handling email communications.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Planning and organizing virtual Zoom events, including scheduling, coordinating speakers, and managing registrations.
- Setting up and managing Zoom webinars and meetings, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Creating and sending out email communications, such as event invitations, follow-ups, and promotional materials.
- Managing email campaigns, monitoring metrics, and making improvements based on data analysis.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Zoom and other virtual event platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in email marketing and campaign management.
- Familiarity with email automation tools and CRM systems.
