Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to Php25,00 monthly. Sapient Careers BPO is urgently hiring Voice and Non-voice Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries
- Provide information and assistance to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
