Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Records Scheduling Specialist in Angeles to oversee subpoenaed records scheduling and manage custodian relationships. Key duties include handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, verifying and updating data, routing and following up on work, creating and mailing correspondence, obtaining records, and maintaining detailed order notes.
- Requirements: excellent communication, professional phone etiquette, active listening, strong attention to detail, fast and accurate typing, and the ability to multitask.
- Experience: minimum 1 year in customer service or BPO; workers’ compensation experience is a plus.
- Location & compensation: in-person in Angeles (reliable commute or willing to relocate), 100% travel required, salary from Php25,00/month.
