Job Description: The Voice Hub Customer Service Representative (CSR) is tasked with delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining call quality, and meeting service level expectations.
Qualifications:
- College graduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience are welcome to apply.
- High school graduates, senior high school graduates, or college undergraduates with a minimum of 2.5 years of BPO experience are highly encouraged to submit applications.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule and during holidays.
- Strong communication skills are a must.
- Willingness to work at any Accenture offsite location is required.
