Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Agents.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, provide accurate solutions, and maintain professionalism.
- Know company products, services, and policies to address inquiries effectively.
- Handle challenging customers with empathy and patience.
Qualifications:
- SHS graduate, excellent English communication skills, and on-site interviews at Ortigas SM Megamall.
- Amenable to working on-site, prefer BPO experience, good typing skills, Filipino Citizen, 18 years old and above.
