Job Responsibilities:
- Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Making outbound calls for sales, surveys, or follow-ups
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Analyzing situations and providing effective solutions to customer issues
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, like talking to customers, entering data, and using computer systems
- Adhering to Scripts and Guidelines
Job Qualifications:
- Amenable to working onsite or hybrid
- With or without BPO/Call Center experience are welcome to apply
- At least High School/SHS Graduate
- Can start ASAP
- Average to Good communication skills

Pay: Php19,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
