Job Description
**METRO-MANILA LOCATION ONLY – NOT FOR WILLING TO RELOCATE**
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems per Client standards.
- Ensure one-call resolution focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- With or without BPO Experience
- High School / ALS / College Graduates
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
