- Service Delivery: Provide the agreed-upon services to clients as outlined in the service level agreements (SLAs).
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues on behalf of the client.

- Training and Development: Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
