Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/ assistance to clients
- Communicates with customers to address concerns
- Supports participants to ensure understanding of information
What are we looking for?
- Candidates who completed college with no experience needed
- High School and Senior High School Graduates with BPO experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Onsite work within 25km to 35 km
