Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate and appropriate solutions using provided scripts and procedures.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers.
Qualifications:
- At least conversant/basic English
- 18 years old and above, at least high school graduate
- Filipino Citizen or hold relevant residence status
- Candidates must be conversant in English.
Nice to have (Optional):
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
