Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents for both Voice and Non-Voice (Chat/Email) Support.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs and provide accurate solutions.
- Understand company products and maintain professionalism when dealing with customers.
- Show empathy and patience with challenging customers.
Qualifications:
- Face-to-Face Interview in Ortigas Sm Megamall
- Filipino Citizen, 18 years old and above
- At least Highschool Graduate with Basic English skills
- Strong active listening skills
Nice to have (Optional):
- Proven customer service experience in a call center or customer support environment.

Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php28,987.00 per month
