Position Overview:
The Hotel Booking Call Center Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients looking to make hotel reservations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in modifying or canceling reservations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reservation-related issues.
- Promote special deals and maximize hotel occupancy.
- Provide feedback for process improvements.
