Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer concerns via phone or written communication.
- Resolve issues on the first contact when possible.
- Match customer demands to our products and services.
- Utilize skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Communicate effectively with clients and share knowledge with colleagues.
