Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco accounts. Jobs Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers via phone or written correspondence.
- Resolves customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Matches customer demands with Clients’ products and services.
- Uses negotiation skills to address objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Shares information with internal and external clients.
