Job Description
P.A Alvarez Properties & Development is seeking an experienced VP for Procurement to lead our supply chain efforts in the real-estate industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of procurement or supply chain management experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior managerial role.
Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with an MBA preferred. Key skills include strong negotiation abilities, excellent communication, team management, and strategic thinking.
