Qualifications
A Licensed Civil Engineer
Minimum of 5 years proven managerial experience as Operations or Construction Manager in the same field
Thorough understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations
Knowledgeable in all engineering software
Excellent leadership and people-handling skills
Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions
Excellent communication skills
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in all Microsoft applications
