Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Server to join our dynamic team at Auro Chocolate. As a Waiter/Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly
- Provide timely, attentive, and personalized service to customers
- Suggest and serve appropriate food and beverages based on customer preferences
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
