Job Description
A reputable restaurant is currently seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiter / Waitress. As a Waiter / Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and seating guests
- Presenting menus and suggesting food and beverage options
- Taking orders and delivering them accurately to the kitchen
- Serving food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests
- Handling payments and providing accurate change
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
