Job Description
Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, located within Fort Bonifacio, is seeking a Chinese Restaurant waiter/waitress to join the team. The new 60-storey building will offer 576 hotel guestrooms, 97 hotel residences, and 96 Horizon Homes, becoming a landmark in Manila.
The role involves assisting the outlet supervisor in ensuring excellent performance and customer satisfaction in the restaurant.
DUTIES
The Chinese Restaurant waiter/waitress is responsible for assisting the outlet supervisor with the administration and operation of the outlet with excellent performance and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an international hotel
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Creative, detail-oriented, outgoing, and people-oriented
- Motivated, self-starter, and team-builder
- Displays initiative and commitment to professional values
- Willing to work in split shifts
- Right to unrestricted employment in the Philippines
