Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general admin duties
- Liaise with the warehouse team for packing and inventory
- Coordinate with various departments for logistics
- Communicate with internal and external parties regarding shipments
- Ensure efficient posting and filing of orders and documents
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Logistics/Warehouse qualification preferred
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Excel
- Able to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (half day only)
