Job Description
1. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the mezzanine including comfort rooms
2. Assists Warehouse Admin in ensuring proper receiving of visitors
3. Receives and records incoming samples
4. Assists Warehouse Admin in safekeeping, scanning, storing documents received from incoming samples
5. Receives various materials, office supplies, and other non-trade items
6. Prepares and records outgoing samples requested by commercial (BES, Food and Water)
7. Ensures enough stocks of PPE, cleaning, and sanitizing supplies
8. Helps Warehouse Admin by preparing materials/equipment during programs/activities
9. Puts away materials/equipment used after events and stores them properly
10. Assists Warehouse Admin in inventory of supplies
11. Helps with any request from Supply Chain personnel and visitors
12. Performs other functions as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
Qualifications:
- At least High school Graduate
- At least with 1-2 years related experience
- Willing to work in Biñan, Laguna
