Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join our team. As the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse operations and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of goods and services.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, receiving, and storage.
- Planning and implementing logistics strategies to optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination between operations, sales, and customer service.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain operations. They possess excellent leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage teams and resources.
