Job Description
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in Warehouse and Distribution (FMCG)
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of scheduled trucks for loading according to call time, arrival should be pre-determined and aligned with warehouse for picking.
- Manages and assists all trucks for loading inside the warehouse by giving instructions to truck personnel, from loading procedure and loading sequence according to delivery or order of priority.
- Handles loading problems and errors such as No Show trucks, truck breakdown, miss assignment, truck capacity and double booking.
- Handles releasing of DTR/Invoices to delivery based on SOP; 100% completeness of documents, securing P.O. attachment and necessary documents and supplies needed in delivery such as cover letters for split P.O./ Invoices and PPE.
- Manages the real-time delivery monitor for trade deliveries. This covers drop by drop status report from truckers.
- Can do direct and close coordination with concerned units including Customer Service, Sales, Marketing & Logistics.
- Perform scheduling of returns for pull out, aligned with fixed delivery schedule.
- Immediately source trucks for pending routes due to several issues like offload, truck no show, and refuse to load.
- Sending of Incident Report of third-party trucking services failed to pick up routes due to truck no show and refuse to load.
