Job Description
1. Assists the Warehouse Manager in implementing policies, procedures, and guidelines related to the handling, storage, preservation, and delivery of cargos.
2. Exercises some supervisory responsibility over assigned activities and contracted services.
3. Records/Inputs all inventory transactions into the warehouse management system and ensures the timeliness and accuracy of data.
4. Assists in the supervision/performance on the receiving, checking, counting, and storing of products following established procedures.
5. Assists in the supervision/performance on the issuance/transferral of goods based on duly authorized orders.
6. Reports incidents and accidents related to their scope and area of work to the Warehouse Manager (e.g., spillages, damages, mishandling, etc.).
7. Assists in planning and providing adequate storage space for goods, protecting them from damage, pilferage, and unauthorized movement.
8. Performs cycle inventory counts as required and participates in pre-counts/annual stocktaking.
9. Assists the Warehouse Manager in investigating variances for inventory reconciliation.
10. Ensures that safe working practices are implemented in handling all items.
11. Performs other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
