Job Description
Perform day-to-day activities:
- Verify delivery/dispatch documents and encode received/transferred merchandise data
- Prepare tags (if necessary)
Transmit document:
- Segregate and transmit documents to concerned recipients
Document discrepancy:
- Note discrepancies on delivered/untagged or dispatched items
Maintain orderliness & cleanliness:
- Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the work area, equipment & facilities in accordance with safety and security standards
Perform forwarding activities:
- Forward checked deliveries with corresponding documents and dispatch merchandise from RDU to Main Warehouse/FSR/SA and vice versa
Ensure acknowledgment:
- Ensure proper acknowledgment of delivered merchandise to recipients
