Job Description
A Warehouse Checker is responsible for ensuring accuracy and quality control in the warehouse operations. They play a crucial role in verifying the received and dispatched items, comparing them with documents and orders. Warehouse Checkers also monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and investigate any discrepancies. They work closely with the warehouse team to maintain efficient warehouse processes and timely delivery of goods. Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming and outgoing items to ensure correct quantity and quality
- Check and update inventory records accurately
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to maximize efficiency
- Identify and resolve issues or errors in a timely manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
