Job Description
Maintains records of materials in inventory and on order.
Monitors reorder points and initiates action to replenish stock.
Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control-Shipment (Indent) and Local Purchase
- Warehouse Management/ Dispatching
Other Duties
- Adheres to department Rules and Protocols and company regulations in the Employee Handbook.
- Maintains a pleasant and cooperative relationship with co-employees and other departments.
- Prepares documentation such as; Preparing Receiving Report (local), filing of Shipment Packing List
- Performs other activities that may be assigned from time to time.
