Job Description

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Lead all activities in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks, reconciling discrepancies, and updating the inventory management system.
• Create a form for the inventory management.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized and clean, following proper safety and security measures.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage or loss.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfil orders and meet customer requirements in a timely manner.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery in the warehouse, arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Prepare and generate regular reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, productivity, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration or equivalent
• Proven track on organizational skills with at least 5 years experience in warehouse management
• Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
• Has excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Has solid knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and procedures
• Must be computer savvy
• Willing to travel locally or internationally
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible on schedule (willing to work during weekends or holidays as and when needed)
• Amenable to work asap

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,00.00 per month
