Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Foreman to join our team. As a Warehouse Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. Your main duties will include coordinating the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supervising a team of warehouse staff.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing support and guidance when needed.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to create a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
