Job Description
The Operations team at Shopee manages the end-to-end process from product search to delivery. Responsibilities include analyzing operational KPIs, conducting root cause analysis, and overseeing Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.
- Oversee inbound process & ensure KPIs are met
- Manage team schedule and attendance
- Develop skilled manpower and improve SOPs
- Ensure timely processing and reporting
- Address non-conformance promptly
- Provide reports for performance evaluation
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-5 years experience in E-commerce, Logistics, or Warehousing
- Operational discipline, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Supervisory experience, keen on process improvement
- Proficient in MS Excel & Google Applications
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System
- Willing to be based in Bulacan
