Job Description
Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Lead and coach the warehouse team, assign tasks, and enforce safety and productivity standards. Optimize workflows through WMS/ERP utilization, monitor key performance indicators (accuracy, on-time shipments, stock turnover), and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with procurement and logistics to meet customer service targets and oversee equipment maintenance and facility upkeep.
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in warehouse logistics
- Familiarity with inventory management systems; forklift certification preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
